• Brief & Scope → Outline Sign-off → First Draft → Editing & QA → Final Draft → Final Approval & Handover.

• All timelines and SLAs are confirmed in writing (via email).

• Monthly Packages: Two (2) rounds of revisions within the agreed-upon scope are included by default.

• Separate/Large Projects: A maximum of three (3) rounds, as specified in our agreement.

• Out-of-scope requests (e.g., adding new content, changing the tone of voice or the entire structure) will be quoted separately with a new ETA as a Change Request.

• We use a 2-layer editing process (for logic & tone of voice) plus a final SEO QA check (covering titles, meta descriptions, H-tags, internal links, and alt text).

• For Translation: We verify terminology, data, proper names, formatting, and seals/stamps to meet the requirements of the receiving authority.

• Our ‘MQM-light‘ Standard: We guarantee zero (0) Critical errors, a minimal number of Major errors, and only allow Minor errors that do not affect the meaning or user experience.

• You receive 100% ownership upon final acceptance and full payment.

• For bilingual projects, the final delivery includes both the Vietnamese and English versions, as well as the termbase (as agreed upon).

• We sign NDAs upon request. Data access is controlled on a per-project basis. All data is stored securely and is deleted upon request or at the end of an agreed-upon cycle.

• We do not use client data for the purpose of training public systems (e.g., public AI models).

• Our pricing is listed per package. We require 100% payment before work begins. Monthly retainers are paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

• A surcharge of 300,000 VND/day applies for rush jobs with a turnaround of less than <24 hours.

• Cancellation before work begins: You will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellation after the outline is approved or while the first draft is in progress: You will be billed proportionally for the work that has been completed.

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours‘ notice to maintain the committed SLA.

• The standard delivery package includes DOCX/GDocs + PDF files, SEO metadata (if applicable), image/alt text suggestions, and an internal linking map. For translation projects, we can also provide a bilingual version or a file with track changes upon request.

• A 7-day aftercare period is included for any minor edits that fall within the original scope of work.
